Implementation and sustainable operation

Implementation approach

Training is designed with employers and recognised training authorities. Wherever possible, trainees gain experience on AMAF-supported projects, such as building homes, installing solar systems or maintaining water schemes, so learning is practical and immediately useful.

Sustainable operation

Partnering with accredited institutions and employers creates lasting training pathways. Fee-sharing, employer sponsorship and links to AMAF project pipelines help programmes continue.
