Email info@amfoundationtz.com or call +255 784 786 585. Please include the subject "Complaint", "Feedback" or "Safeguarding". You may raise a concern anonymously, although this can make follow-up harder.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your message, normally within five working days.
- We review the matter, keeping it confidential.
- We respond with the outcome and any action taken.
- If you are not satisfied, you can ask for the matter to be reviewed by senior management or the Board.
