Implementation and sustainable operation
Implementation approach
Projects are developed with local governments through participatory planning, so facilities match real needs and fit city plans. EPC+F structures can be used for larger works where financing and delivery need to be packaged together.
Sustainable operation
Revenue-generating assets such as markets and terminals can fund their own maintenance. Every facility has a defined owner, operator and maintenance budget before handover.
